Welcome to my build incubator of one, BHD Labs. It's my place to experiment and learn while playing with new technologies, techniques, and product ideas.
The Experiment Hub is a tool I built for myself to support this effort. As someone who's neurodiverse, I needed something that could hold all the ideas filling my brain and help me evaluate them in a structured way — intuitive where it needs to be and structured where it needs to be.
Every idea here has to demonstrate a strong need across three dimensions: personal, market, and community. I have three core themes I keep coming back to — empowering makers, supporting neurodiversity, and enabling environmental impact.
The basic workflow — no ADHDer worth their salt is going to follow it exactly every time.
